Where do I start? We own a plumbing company and an online boutique as well as a physical location. I run a handyman company and am the face of another company out of Dallas. The hours for things that don’t pay are limited and I got to a point where I literally was choosing laundry or floors. Windows or baseboards… and not weekly. Like monthly. AND I have ZERO kids. I broke down and decided it was time to hire someone to help in my home. Let me just say, I NEVER ever thought I’d cry at 28 years old over a clean house but they more than exceeded my expectations. I gave them full rein to re-organize and whatever needed done just do it. I could not have done it better myself. 😭 Tonight I came home and sat down had a drink and watched dance moms- almost for a full hour. That hasnt happened in over a year. 🙌🏻😭 Literally in AWE.

The folks at ishine have been cleaning my daily rentals for over a year now. They do an awesome job! The attention to detail and professionalism they provide me is amazing. I was traveling all last week and my sweet husband reached out to have the IShine team come and clean my house. Normally when I come home from work travel the house is slightly wrecked… but we have 4 active boys, 2 large dogs, and an elderly cat. My house was so beautiful when I walked in it almost brought me to tears!

Bobbi and Kim came yesterday for a deep clean of my house. I walked out and she was on a ladder cleaning my backsplash and up the vent. They cleaned the windows, doors, etc. The owner Laura answered every question I had and was very easy when talking to about my expectations. The best cleaning I’ve ever had! Highly recommend IShine!

Since the pandemic, we tried to maintain the house with school, WFH and kids coming and going, not to mention a rescued puppy to add more chaos. After things started get semi-back-to-normal, we needed better. I called and tried quite a few services. Completely mixed reviews…. Until I met Laura and Connor. iShine has brought our house back in order and sparkling. Laura and Connor are very timely with getting back to you and very detailed. Their staff is so polite and detail oriented, I’m elated to see them arrive and everything they do while here. And our dog loves them too. Thanks for all your help!

Husband and I both work full time and have three kids. We hardly have anytime to keep up with the house during the week, so weekends was catch up days. Giving the size of our home, a long week of work and hauling the kids around, the last thing I wanted to do is clean baseboards and dusting! 😪 IShine came in and transformed my home into exactly what we wanted! It was like walking into our home for the first time all over again. Their attention to detail was very impressive! They cleaned every inch of the house thoroughly. These women are absolutely fantastic. I’m a full time working mom with a full time family schedule. The weekends had become overwhelming with all the things to do just to get through the week instead of being able to spend the time with my family. I was looking to hire a cleaning service but to be honest I’ve had used a couple other options in the area that just didn’t really work out. IShine was recommended to me by a friend and I was immediately impressed at our first walk through meeting. These ladies are extremely professional, but kind and warm. They understood where I was coming from and I feel have been genuinely excited to help me feel good about walking into my home. It has been an expense but it’s so worth it to take this burden off my shoulders and allow me more time with my family. I’m so thankful for them. There’s nothing like cleaning day!!!

I absolutely 100% recommend iShine Home Services! I’m a single mom working full time just trying to make ends meet. After a VERY difficult and traumatic year, I was drowning. Cleaning had become completely obsolete, and I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and way in over my head. I didn’t know where to turn. Finally I reached the end of myself and knew I needed to ask for help. I asked for recommendations on a mom group on Facebook. Several people recommended iShine, so I quickly wrote them a direct message. I was shocked when they replied back so quickly. When I explained my situation and how embarrassed and ashamed I was, I was assured that there was nothing to be embarrassed about or ashamed of, and that this is exactly why they are here- to help people just like me! From that first interaction all the way to the end, I was treated like family. They absolutely exceeded my expectations and left me with the most immaculately beautiful home! I was so pleased with the clear, friendly, professional communication I had from the start with co-owner Laura. She was prompt with replies & accommodating of our schedules. We hired IShine to deep clean my fiance's & my new house, then the apartment he vacated, & finally, the duplex I moved from. We were completely satisfied with the first two jobs. There were a few things that a new employee had overlooked while cleaning on the third job. When I came to Laura with my concerns, she didn't hesitate to sincerely apologize & then made a plan on her day off to go finish the job & make it right. She showed back up within an hour and spent the rest of the afternoon going back over everything in the house to ensure everything was cleaned to their standard. She waited for me to review the progress before leaving. The house was sparkling & she went above & beyond to tend to every detail. I liked her before, but this show of integrity earned my recommendation & repeat business.
