Laura Maxwell gave me a fair quote and provided excellent service. I recently sold my home in Fayetteville, AR. It was sparkling for the final walk through on the day of the closing. My realtor was extremely impressed.

I was traveling all last week and my sweet husband reached out to have the IShine team come and clean my house. Normally when I come home from work travel the house is slightly wrecked… but we have 4 active boys, 2 large dogs, and an elderly cat. My house was so beautiful when I walked in it almost brought me to tears!

Bobbi and Kim came yesterday for a deep clean of my house. I walked out and she was on a ladder cleaning my backsplash and up the vent. They cleaned the windows, doors, etc. The owner Laura answered every question I had and was very easy when talking to about my expectations. The best cleaning I’ve ever had! Highly recommend IShine!

Since the pandemic, we tried to maintain the house with school, WFH and kids coming and going, not to mention a rescued puppy to add more chaos. Husband and I both work full time and have three kids. We hardly have anytime to keep up with the house during the week, so weekends was catch up days. These women are absolutely fantastic. I’m a full time working mom with a full time family schedule. The weekends had become overwhelming with all the things to do just to get through the week instead of being able to spend the time with my family. I was looking to hire a cleaning service but to be honest I’ve had used a couple other options in the area that just didn’t really work out. IShine was recommended to me by a friend and I was immediately impressed at our first walk through meeting. These ladies are extremely professional, but kind and warm. They understood where I was coming from and I feel have been genuinely excited to help me feel good about walking into my home. I was so pleased with the clear, friendly, professional communication I had from the start with co-owner Laura. She was prompt with replies & accommodating of our schedules. We hired IShine to deep clean my fiance's & my new house, then the apartment he vacated, & finally, the duplex I moved from. We were completely satisfied with the first two jobs. There were a few things that a new employee had overlooked while cleaning on the third job. When I came to Laura with my concerns, she didn't hesitate to sincerely apologize & then made a plan on her day off to go finish the job & make it right. She showed back up within an hour and spent the rest of the afternoon going back over everything in the house to ensure everything was cleaned to their standard. She waited for me to review the progress before leaving. The house was sparkling & she went above & beyond to tend to every detail. I liked her before, but this show of integrity earned my recommendation & repeat business.
